Holy Language's "Choose Your Own" album is a longtime
favorite of mine. Some classic german ambient-techno/trance
from back in 1996. The track "Fireplace" (and it's various
remixes) have been heard every few months on our inaudible
show.
Anyway, I only have the 2xlp version myself but it has
a somewhat different tracklisting than the one you list above.
Here is the vinyl version tracklisting:
